FAQs

What is your process for picking up the items?

When you come to the facility for item pickup, please remain in your vehicle(in line), there will be a lane way marked off. Once you get close to the building, a Sunset employee will approach your vehicle and ask you for your name. The Sunset employee will get your invoice and pick your items. They will deliever your items to your vehicle.

How can we pay for our items?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, e-Transfer and Cash.

What is the return policy?

The items at Sunset Auction are sold “as is where is”, we do not offer returns and/or warranties.

What if I want to Sell some items, how do I do that?
